Action Required : Transition to the New TRAIN Learning Platform
Effective December 10, 2025, The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) will transition the current Services Facilitation (SF) provider training to a different e-learning platform. SF Training content will be moved to the TRAIN Learning Network, located at the following link: https://www.train.org/. Throughout this transition, DMAS will send ongoing email communications to providers regarding account creation and module availability.
Please Note:
- Deadline: The new system is mandatory for all training after December 9, 2025.
- History Transfer: Providers are encouraged to complete any existing trainings prior to December 9, 2025. All future training activities will be monitored by DMAS and managed via the TRAIN Learning Platform.
- Best Practice: Before the old system closes on December 10, 2025, please ensure you have downloaded and saved all existing module completion certificates. It is best practice to retain these in your personal provider records.
For additional questions or concerns regarding this transition, please email us at cdsf@dmas.virginia.gov. We appreciate your prompt action to create your account.
